• To send weekly digest emails about updated official sources relevant to your corridor
• To improve the quality and relevance of Vera AI answers
• To monitor service performance and prevent abuse

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of consent (when you subscribe to emails) and legitimate interest (to improve our service and prevent abuse).

5. Third-Party Processors

We share personal data only with the following processors, strictly for service delivery:

• Resend — email delivery service (processes your email address to send updates)
• Vercel — hosting provider (processes server logs including IP addresses)
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (see our Cookie Policy)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your email address and corridor preference are retained until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your record is soft-deleted (marked as unsubscribed) and your email address will not be used for further communications. Vera AI query logs are retained for service improvement and are not linked to your email address.
